In the vast expanse of eternity, Billy Eugene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Billy Eugene farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Collins and Ida Mae (Davenport); and his siblings, Leslie Collins (Corky) and Karan Kellogg.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Paden Pentecostal Holiness Church.
