She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Alva Vance and Pearl Pauline Vance (Montgomery); her siblings, Lloyds, Wayne and Leota; her daughter-in-law Leann; and her son Randall.
She is survived by: her son Mark Yandell (Sharon David Yandell); and her grandchildren, Jeremiah Yandell (Lindsey), Joshua Yandell, Adam Yandell (Jessie), Brittany Woods (Jeff), Matthew Yandell (Kim), Jason Yandell (Kaylee), Aaron Yandell, Anna Rushing (Joshua) and Gabriel Yandell. She is also survived by 19 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Winnie's memory to Getsemani Children's Home – Bud Bivens, 338 N. Monroe PMB 359, Eagle Pass, TX 78852.
