He is survived by: his wife Mamie; his children, Marco Placencia, Jill Sowells, Deanna Barnes (Frank), William Congleton II (Shirley), David Congleton (Nancy) and John Congleton (Lisa); his grandchildren, Rachel McKinnis (Mitch), Brynnan Sowells, William Congleton III, Cara Congleton, Isaac Congleton, Nathan Congleton, Franky Congleton, Sarah Placencia and Nicholas Placencia; his granddaughter-in-law Kayla Santillan; his great grandchildren, Owen McKinnis, Abigail McKinnis, Elliott McKinnis, Landon Santillan, Mason Santillan and Addison Santillan; and his sister Shirley Dolen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
