He was predeceased by: his daughter Cami Huckaby; his former wife Sondra Huckaby; and his parents, William Sr. Huckaby and Patricia Huckaby. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Huckaby; his daughter Kaycie; his son-in-law Austin Huckaby-Reynolds; his sister Patricia; his brother-in-law Roger Patterson; his brother Jimi; his sister-in-law Sherri Huckaby; his brother Jerry; his sister-in-law Denise Huckaby; and his stepson Doug Gambill. He is also survived by other relatives and his APAC family.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055).

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations in the name of Liam Leithauser to The Children's Hospital at Saint Francis.
