She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Deck and Minnie Deck (Henneke); her husband Charles Howard; and her siblings, Bill Deck, Helen Deck and Catherine Deck.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Stowers (Scott) of Skiatook, OK, Larry Howard (Theresa) of Camdenton, MO and Robert Howard (Cheri) of Wichita, KS; and her sister Doris Sturgill of Yukon, OK. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
Memorial contributions in Virginia's name may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation with Ladusau-Evans Funeral Home serving as custodian of the funds.
