She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Johnson and Tressie Althea Reed Johnson; her husband Pastor Tom Casey; her daughter Susan Kingsley; her grandson Kyle Kingsley; and her sister Rhea Smotts.
She is survived by: her daughter Becky Bullock (Daryl) of Clifton, Texas.; her grandson Seth Perkins (Megan); and her siblings, Alta Nave of Muskogee, Betty Mattison of Bixby, Ramona Turner of Modesto, Thea Nichols of Waxahachie and Harvey Johnson (Norma). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
