He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Bartley Isaacs and Eunice Neoma Isaacs (Selph); his wife Shirley; and his children, Bobbie Jo and Troy, Jr..
He is survived by: his daughters, Dejuanna Blackburn (Jim) and Kandi Isaacs; his grandchildren, Seith Sawyer (Heather), Tatianna Thornton (Corey), Jessica Ramsey (Ryan) and Abigail Boling (Mark); his great grandchildren, Harper Thornton, Avery Boling and Charlotte Ramsey; his sister Neoma Wright; and his nieces and nephews, Pamela Brown, Cathy Carr, Vicky Taylor, Kenneth Wright, Billy Tugmon and Danny Tugmon.
