He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Moore and Ruby Moore; and his siblings, Glen Moore, Everett Moore and Doris Hightower.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Moore; his sister Ruby Landers; his children, Ginger Phillips and Walter Moore (Bonnie); his grandchildren, Heather Basore, Heath Spiegel (Jennifer), Eric Moore (Alli) and Sam Moore (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Landon Hill (Morgan), Colton Hill, Ava Gabbard, Addison Spiegel, Briella Spiegel, Elijah Spiegel, Madison VanderJagt, Mia Moore, Dominic Moore, Ava Moore and Caroline Moore; and his great great grandchild Stevie Hill. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
