He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Kelsey (Richard) and Kimberly Spain (Frankie); his grandchildren, Savanah, Brody and Paige; and his siblings, Phyllis McCoy, Patsy Waggoner, Mike Large and Jo Prestage. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
