He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Eleanor Monahan; his godmother Gertrude Quinlan; his siblings, Robert, Bryan, Laura and Maureen; his cousins, Eileen, Jimmy, Catherine and Joseph; and his uncle Tommy. He was also cherished by his two brothers, two sisters and four cousins.
