She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Mack (Lamb) and Steve Thesenvitz; her grandparent Taylor; her children, Taylor and Grayson Layne Wise; the parent of her child Casey Wise; her son Brooks Steven Thesenvitz; her goddaughter Addison Wise; her siblings, Gentry, Channing, Christian, Chelsey Mack, Randi (Jeramy Finney) and Greg (Krystal Goodson); her grandparents, Steve, Georgia Lamb, Ellen, Walter Broach, Janice Thesenvitz and Pauline Mack; and her aunts and uncles, Angela, Stacey Krager, Darla, Keith Mcgowan, Mike, Cindy Thesenvitz, Ramon Price, Steve Mack, Tanya, George Robinson, Tina, Leroy Redricks, Sheldon Mack, Kendell, Lana Mack, Felicia, Steve Smith, Susan Thesenvitz, Teri Keith and Sonja Impastato. She is also survived by many cousins, nephews, and other extended family.
