She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Kelley and Annie Kelley; her sisters, Betty, Charlene and Gladys; and her daughter Michelle.
She is survived by: her husband Ford B. Fannen of Eagle Mountain, Utah; her sons, Ford (Brad) of Eagle Mountain and Doug of Missouri; and her grandchildren, Caitlin, Cole, Emily, Bonnie, Josiah, Natasha, Gage, Garrett and Tanner. She is also survived by many loving great-grandchildren and friends.
