He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Theodore "J. T." and Ninaleen; his sister Edwina; and his nephew Kurt. He is survived by: his wife Doris Smith of Owasso; his son Kyle Smith (Courtney Harter) of Bixby; his grandson Hunter Smith; his brother Dwayne Smith of Farmersville, Texas; his daughter-in-law Tricia Smith of Owasso; and his sister Shirley Grumman.
