He is survived by: his wife Dorothy (Dot); his children, Jason Spainhower (Becky) of Columbus, KS, Michael Spainhower (Candia) of Broken Arrow, OK and Glatha Agee (Roger) of Tulsa, OK; his stepdaughters, Lisa Anderson (Dwain) of Owasso, OK and Cheryl Patrick (Shawn) of Owasso, OK; his sister Kay Jones of Tulsa, OK; his grandchildren, Jaden Spainhower, Cody Spainhower, Tayla Fleck (Drew), Colton Agee, Fiancee', Vanessa, Hunter Agee, Bethann Roberts, Ross Spainhower (Taylor) and Dakota Spainhower; his stepgrandchildren, Emily DelGrosso (Connor), Jesse Anderson, Garren Patrick and Brodie Patrick; his nephew Aaron Jones of Owasso; and his pet Fred. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
