He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Evans Huggins and Ralph Huggins; his grandson Seth Creazzo; and his son Timothy Huggins. He is survived by: his wife Mary Huggins; his children, Bobby Huggins Jr., Julie Chamberlain, Terri Patterson and Jeffery Huggins; and his great grandchildren, Timothy Huggins, Christain Crow, Renee Hathaway, Jeffery Volz, Nathan Eble, Jami Burton, Josh Huggins and Amber Huggins.
