He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Talley and Margarette Talley (Brugger); his siblings, Bill, Norma, Ruth, Marie and Betty; and his daughter Sherry.
He is survived by: his daughter Carol Talley; his grandchildren, Bobby Bray and Christina Frazey; his siblings, Joseph Frazey (Ellie), Tarah Frazey and Kayla West (Allen); and his nephews, Douglas Talley (Debby As), Paul Talley, Mack Talley (Ann) and Jim Talley (Sue).
A rosary was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Henry Catholic Church (8500 N Owasso Expy, Owasso, OK 74055). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
