He is survived by: his children, Linda Clemens (Charlie), Nancy Smith of Owasso, Lisa Cook (Lester) of Tulsa, Richard Green (Susanne) and Lonnie Green of Tulsa; and his siblings, James Green of Grove, OK and Edith Wagoner of Springdale, AR.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; more than seven great-grandchildren.
