We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 71, Patsy J. Parks (Owasso, Oklahoma), born in Denison, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnny G. Barnett and Bobbie Barnett (Clement); her husband Vincent Parks; her mother-in-law Mary Ann Parks; and her siblings, Johnny M. Barnett and Nancy Barnett.

She is survived by: her children, Matt Thomas (Penny), Dustin Earnest (Deepa), Micah Parks (Jess) and Tony Parks (Erin); her grandchildren, Brandon, Madeline, Elizabeth, Jack and Asher; her sister Edye Barnett; and her niece Catie Simmons.
