It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ottway Burkhalter of Owasso, Oklahoma, born in Eufaula, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 20, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Burkhalter and Reanna Hutton Burkhalter; and his siblings, Larry Burkhalter, Vacie Deal, Ada Evans, Shirley McConico, Sylvia Shirley and Alvertis Jackson.

He is survived by: his daughter Belen; and his grandchildren, Joseph Burkhalter (Sara), Katherine Edwards, Michael Burkhalter and Eric Burkhalter.
