He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Eli Cupp and Peggy Lou Cupp (Shelton); and his brother Melborne Eugene "Gene" Cupp. He is survived by: his wife Marisa "Mae" Cupp (Baladjay); his stepson Alvan "Van" Cloke of Owasso, OK.; and his siblings, Sheila Winningham (Cupp), Danny Eli Cupp and Jerry Lynn Cupp.
