He was predeceased by: his parents, Emmett Holsapple and Gertrude Holsapple (Cook); and his siblings, Gayle Holsapple and Phyllis Clark. He is survived by: his wife Opal Marie Holsapple (Pryor); his children, Teresa Jarboe and Ryan Holsapple (Katrina); his grandchildren, Brittany Jarboe, Brooke Jarboe (Karyssa), Hagan Holsapple and Keenan Holsapple; and his great grandchildren, Deklyn, Nakyah, Aiyana, Arieah and Nymara.
