He was predeceased by: his parents, Boyd M. Spencer and Edith Mae Henry Spencer; and his brother Kenneth Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Jost; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Steve Parker of Owasso; his granddaughter Ella Kate Parker; and his siblings, Jerry Spencer (Lana) of Owasso, Oklahoma. and Sandra McClain (Terry) of Port Lavaca, Texas..
