She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Malachi and Maggie Lucille Chase; her brothers, Bobby Gene Chase and Harvey Lee Chase; and her husband Don.
She is survived by: her sister Kathy Freet; her sons, Donnie and Wes Robbins; her daughters-in-law, Charlene and Rhonda; and her daughter Lora Pate. She is also survived by 6 grandsons, 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
The family requests memorial contributions be made in Martha's memory to Hilldale Baptist Church Children's Playground, 21085 South Keetonville Road, Claremore, Oklahoma, 74019.
