Though Louis Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Adella Fern Ward (Weaver) and Frank Ward; and his siblings, Leon Ward and Darlene Ward Horn. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ward; his stepdaughters, Patsy Hobson (Jeff) of Cape Girardeau and Peggy Bell; and his grandchildren, Arvilla Matthews, Justyn Bell (Jessica) and Andrea Alvarez (Dayner). He is also survived by Six Great Grandchildren And numerous nieces and nephews.
