She is survived by: her parents, James Arthur Maddux (Carla) and Cheryl Ann Salmon (Papay); her fiancé Brent Leon Disney; her siblings, Chastity Benham (James) and Brandon Maddux (Megan); her stepsister Valorie Noah; her children, Kaitlyn Martin and Freeman Miller; and her grandmother Betty Wright.
