He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his children, Nicole Hailey, Arthur Clement, Justin Hailey (Leslie) and Penny Hallford (Lawrence); and his grandchildren, David Hailey, Ashley Nein, Cody Hamilton, Sallie Loudermilk (Robert), Amanda McMaster and Lawrence Hallford.
