He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Webster Juby and Mary Elizabeth Shaw (Miller); and his siblings, Garrett Juby, Butch Juby and Jenny Juby.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ann Juby; his sons, Shea Juby (Indira) and Eric Juby (Melissa); and his grandchildren, Kaylee Juby, Kody Juby, J. D. Juby, Andrew Juby and Matthew Juby. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
