He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Blair; his children, John Michael (Brenda) of Broken Arrow, Steven Joe (Rhonda) of Owasso and Caryn DeeAnnn Hoffman (David) of Grove; his daughter-in-law Stephanie of Owasso; and his brother Robert (Jeanne) of New Haven, IN.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren.
