He is survived by: his wife Sandra Knight-Boyd; his children, Sandra LeeAnn Compton, Linda Denise Shidell, Jimmy Boyd, Jr., Judith Ann Lane, Rodney Allen Hargus, Roberta Lynn Fortune and Lisa Marie Hargus; and his brother Bobby Boyd. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and MANY great grandchildren.
