She was predeceased by: her parents, George Edward Hayes and Darlene Ardel Hayes (Buchanan); and her sister-in-law Kathryn Ehrenberg. She is survived by: her husband Daniel Cork; her child Kelly Collins Danny Cork; her grandchildren, Matthew Collins and Megan Collins; her siblings, Mary Green (John), Joe Hayes (Barb), Mike Hayes (Sheila) and Ann Jacobson (Bob); and her siblings-in-law, Cyndee Stair and Ed Helman (Melissa). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
She was also proud to be a "Universal Donor" and was a regular to donate blood with the Red Cross.
