She is survived by: her significant other Aziel Lloyd Pack (Al); her son Thomas Lloyd (Michelle Pack) of Skiatook; her sister Sue Ellen; and her grandchildren, Amber Cutshaw of Tulsa, Ethan Pack of Skiatook and Bailey (Joel Van De).
