He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Shawn Meadows (Cindi) and Melissa Lenhart (Scott); his grandchildren, Rachael McLean (Kevin) and Tyler Meadows (Andrea); his siblings, Colleen Jones (David) and Charles Meadows (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Jeanine Moore (Larry) and Joe Bruce.
