He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Hetti May Tripp and Virgil Cleo Parks; his wife Mary-Ann; his children, Vincent Parks and Diana Yates; and his grandson Dillan Parks.
He is survived by: his brother Earnest Cleo Parks; and his sons, Mark Parks (Mindy) and Albert Parks (Kimberly). He is also survived by many grandchildren, and even more great-grandchildren.
A rosary was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Saint Henry Catholic Church (8500 N Owasso Expy, Owasso, OK 74055). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 at 10:30 AM.
