He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William Sieben and Gladys Claudine Hinkle Sieben; his wife Shirley; and his brother Mel Sieben. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Whiteis (Billy), Monica Guilfoyle (Larry), Brian Sieben (Geneva), Steve Sieben (Carolyn) and Dwayne Sieben (Teresa); his grandchildren, Elicia, Kathy, Stephenie, Aimee, Jeremy, Michael, LaToya, TiAna, Michelle, Christopher, Ron, Heather, Jared, Jason, Stacy and Brad; his siblings, John Sieben (Darlene) and Linda Hetzer (Kent); and his sister-in-law Elaine Sieben. He is also survived by 32 Great Grandchildren.
