He was predeceased by: his parent Edith Leona Delk; and his siblings, Kennith Delk, Juanita Hixson, Ziona Bolen and RuthEtta Archer.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Leora Luper; his children, Dalon Vail, Janelle Forbes (Herb), Lynetta Doye (Dennis) and Jarrell Delk (Shelinda); and his sister Allian Ragsdale. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sien-Shelton Funeral Home Chapel (1000 S Lombard Ln, Skiatook, OK 74070). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church West Rogers (825 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070). A burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at the Osage Gardens Cemetery (2254 W Rogers Blvd, Skiatook, OK 74070).
