He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Armentrout and Edna Armentrout; his wife Julie Ingram; and his son Bo (Julie). He is survived by: his daughter Kristy Sanchez; his sister Carole Vahsholtz of O'Fallon, MO; his grandchildren, Reece, Chase Leikam, Ivan Brown (Savanna), Brayden, Sammy and Champ Armentrout of Owasso, OK; his sister-in-law Becky Swan of Champaign, IL.; and his nieces and nephews, Nathan Taylor (Tara), Ryan Taylor (Julie), Julie Yeoward (Tim), John, Matthew Ackman, Michael Ingram (Jeannie), Rory Ingram (Veronica) and Cameron Ingram.

Memorial contributions can be given to Wounded Warrior Project or Good Shepherd Hospice in the memory of Gary Armentrout.
