He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Dale and Juneviee Cate; and his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his children, Chad and Mamie Cate of Collinsville, OK.; his brother Nelson Leeman of Foley, AL.; his wife Jeanne; his children, Tiffany Cate, James Phelps of Collinsville, OK, Amanda and Jimmy Smith of Denver, CO; his stepmother Marjorie Cate of Tulsa, OK; his siblings, Donna (Nelson Leeman), Dee (Bill Glenn), Rick Goins of Broken Arrow, OK, Cliff (Michelle Goins) and Brenda (Howard Bonner); his grandchildren, Johnathon, Kimberly, Justin, Jordan, Callie, Cara, Ozzie, Gabe and A. J.; and his great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Aria. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
