He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Chandler, Jr. and Marjorie Orpha Jones (Anderson); and his brother Billy Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Terry Chandler (Stanley); his children, Kelly Keller (Chris) of Owasso, OK and Amanda DeHerrera (Isaiah) of Edmond, OK; his sister Terri Bell of Enid, OK; and his niece Janiece Lycans. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
