It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Jean Kelley (Owasso, Oklahoma), born in Howe, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Francis and Katherine Goldie VanMeter Kinsey; and her husband Luther. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Burkett of Surcey, Troy Kelley (Shelley) of Longbottom, Vickey Blankenship (Wayne) of Broken Arrow and Robert Kelley of Oklahoma; and her brother George Kinsey of Owasso. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
