He was predeceased by: his parents, William McKinley Willbanks and Eva May Willbanks (McNeil); his son Brian; and his siblings, Travis, Johnny and Pat.

He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Willbanks of Owasso Two; his granddaughters, Morgan Willbanks of Nevarre and Taylor Willbanks of Fenton, Michigan; and his siblings, Blanche Dickey (James) of Springfield, Missouri and Max Willbanks of Flippin, Arkansas..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Eldon's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
