He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gordon Spickelmier and Devedia Ann Draper; and his siblings, Howard Spickelmier, Blanche Eggers, Dorthea Spickelmier, Nadine Allman and Maxine Medlin.
He is survived by: his daughter Ruth; and his sister Lori Wilson (Ronnie) of Owasso, Oklahoma.
