It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Sue Bell (Owasso, Oklahoma), born in Laramie, Wyoming, who passed away on June 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wieburg and Flossie Wieburg; her husband Norman L. Bell; and her sister Karen Gallagher. She is survived by: her children, Norma Watson (Tim), Gary Bell (Janice), Charles Bell and Kelly Skelton (Theresa); and her sister-in-law Francis Harvey. She is also survived by sa 12 Grandchildren 11 Great- Grandchildren.
