He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Haskell Harrel and Byrcha Whitlock Harrel; and his daughter Tiffany Gunther. He is survived by: his wife Landa; his daughter Donia Ledford (Kris); his grandchildren, Hannah Whalen (Andrew), Brady Ledford, Emery Gunther and Crosby Gunther; his great grandchild Davis Whalen; and his son-in-law Bret Gunther (Melissa).

The family requests memorial contributions be made in Don's memory to the Central Baptist Church Made4More Building Fund, 9001 North 145th East Avenue, Owasso, Oklahoma, 74055.
