She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis W. Dulaney and Anna Josephine Smith Dulaney; her daughter Susan Ann Hickman; her brother Phil Dulaney; and her great grandchild Dempsy Franklin.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Franklin of Owasso, Oklahoma; her stepson Mark Franklin (Tammy) of Owasso, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Justin Franklin of Collinsville, Jeremy Franklin (Courtney) of San Antonio, Jessica Young (Will) of Owasso and Mark Allen Franklin (Moriah) of Salina, Oklahoma. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and many friends and extended family.
