He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Edward Kelsey and Mary Ann Kelsey (O'Brien); his son Dennis Kelsey (Robin); and his siblings, George, Edgar, Glen, Edith, Merle and Betty (Judy).
He is survived by: his children, Danny Kelsey (Teresa), Karen Swenson (Gary), David Kelsey (Kira) and Becky Schnepple (Jim). He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren.
