He was predeceased by: his parents, Oathe Juckett and Mildred Juckett. He is survived by: his children, Carrie Fowkes (Steven) of Tulsa, David Leon Juckett of Flippin, AR and Courtley Juckett of Catoosa; and his sisters, Phyllis Petersen of Muldrow, OK and Beverly Carter. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
