He is survived by: his wife Pamela Dickey; his daughters, Christy Turner (Don) and Stephanie Thomason (Matt); his grandchildren, Danielle Terrell (Lonnie), McKenzie Crocker (Brian), Lauren Lyons (Martin), Brooke Robinson (Seth Jaden Thomason), D. J. Turner and Kaylea (Austin Maddox); his great grandchildren, Rowan Terrell, Ford Terrell, Indy Robinson, Jameson Turner, Elliotte Turner, Cooper Maddox and Eleanor Maddox; and his siblings, Tim Stout and Ann Linder.
