He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lee Campbell; his son Jeremy Wade Durham; his sisters, Carlene Lightfoot and Darlene Bouchard; and his grandsons, Sean Orin Durham and Shai Wade Durham. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
