It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clifford Burttion Risely of Owasso, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 10, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Marie and Guy Birtton Risley; and his siblings, Virginia Queen, Ray Risley, Floyd Risley and Glen Risley.

He is survived by: his wife Christine Risley (Tina); his sons, David and Alex Risley; and his siblings, Leona Armor (Darrell), Wynona Cordray (Dennis), Viola Norris and John T Risley.
