Though Charles Russell may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charles Russell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel (9110 N Garnett Rd, Owasso, OK 74055).
